"Hands down the best experience. Better than I could have ever asked for. I took my lab here multiple times in a row for check ups. Always treated by the nicest staff and felt like family.As she came to an older age, her health began to get worse and I needed some advice. I was never pushed or rushed into a decision but was given honest feedback as to what should be down and what they personally would do if it was an animal they cared for. This personally stood out to me being as most time I often don't feel the understanding and compassion for how hard of a decision things like this can be.When it was time to put my sweet dog down, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what they had given. They let me stay in my car with my pup and personally came out to get me when they were ready for me. The room setting felt homey. They had a forbidden treat tray of all the things my dog has never tried. Such as cookies, cheese burgers, and most importantly chocolate. I was prepared before leaving home and said all my goodbyes but was surprised with them giving me as much private time as I needed, ringing a bell when I was ready.Leaving the vet, I was able to take home some fur in a tiny glass bottle with a personalized paw print from my pup which was made of clay, painted and glazed by the staff.A few weeks after the appointment, the staff personally wrote me a heartfelt card wishing me well.I would recommend this place to anyone I come across. The best experience you could ever ask for."
