"Last week our sweet senior kitty went downhill fast. It became obvious that it was unfortunately time to put her down. Our usual vet couldn't get us in for a couple days. Her condition kept worsening and she was suffering. I called Traverse Mountain Pet Care and they were gracious to get us in within a couple hours, they expressed that in these situations they understand how important it is to not let animals suffer longer than they need to. I was so impressed with this, especially given that we had never been here before. While it was a situation no one wants to be in, they were SO sweet and professional throughout the whole experience. I am so thankful to have found them."
